As part of the Aqua Swim Academy's senior team of swimming teachers, you will be responsible for training junior members of staff, managing customer relations and organising staff schedules. This role has been created for experienced swimming teachers with more than 8 years' experience teaching children and adults to swim in water, as well as training members of staff. You must be computer literate and able to work with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

A support role within the pool - you will work closely with our expert swimming teachers to develop your coaching skills and become independent in the water with children. This role would suit a student or beginner swim coach who enjoys working with children and wants to become a certified swim teacher.

We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to support the team with general administrative tasks and customer communications. This position can be remote/hybrid. We are currently accepting applications throughout Switzerland. As we expand our presence, we are looking to ensure that we have the right Swim staff in place to meet growing demand.
