Adult Classes
We offer Adult lessons at Aqua Swim Academy, it doesn't matter to us what stage you are at in life. Maybe you would like to learn for the first time or want to master your strokes.
We believe that water safety skills are essential for all. We offer lessons at our Lausanne location and are coming to Geneva soon!
We also offer Prenatal swimming classes and Prenatal Aerobics for expecting parents!
Why Learn to Swim as an Adult
Our qualified Aqua Swim Academy swim instructors are ready to empower our clients to learn independently and become comfortable, confident swimmers.
Our adult swim classes last at least 45 minutes.
Our Class Offering

Classes offered for all levels
Our adult lessons are offered to anyone 18+, no matter your swimming background. We offer three levels based on ability:
Beginner: If you never learnt to swim or don't feel at all confident in the water, then our beginner swimmer level is for you! In this class, we will focus on overcoming aquaphobia and building the swim basics.
Intermediate: For our more experienced swimmer who is looking to build better techniques, so that they can be stronger and more efficient in the water.
Advanced: You will have the unique opportunity to train with our Olympic swim coaches and learn skills to build your endurance!
This is a class is like no other! We offer the following classes:

Pre-Natal Classes
Benefit from the support of water
Our Pre-Natal Swim and Aerobics classes aim to get mothers-to-be to get ready for childbirth with serenity. We welcome participants from the start of their pregnancy, right up until week 36 of pregnancy.

Lake Swim
Available in the Summer Months
This group is for those who have already learned their first swim skills and are getting confident in the water. Our adult lake swim group meets at different points around the lac leman to train.
We offer the following classes:
- Triathlon preparation
- Lake swim adaptation
- Lake swim discovery

One weekly group lesson that focuses on essential movements to promote a healthy and safe pregnancy.
