Level 2 — Water Explorer
13–36 months
Parent-child classes developing motor skills in the water. Building a solid swimming foundation together.
Level 3 — Water Comfort
3 years+
Coached lessons focusing on autonomy and managing anxiety. Children learn to feel comfortable swimming independently.
Level 4 — Stroke Discovery
All ages
Introduction to the fundamental swimming strokes. Learn front crawl and backstroke basics with proper technique.
Level 5 — Stroke Development
All ages
Refine front crawl and backstroke technique. Introduction to breaststroke kick and treading water.
Level 6 — Stroke Advancement
All ages
Swim all three strokes with correct technique over longer distances. Introduction to butterfly kick and diving.
Adult
